Gail CMD receives SCOPE excellence award

Mumbai: Proshanto Banerjee, chairman and managing director, Gas Authority of India Ltd (Gail) has bagged the SCOPE (Standing Conference of Public Enterprises) individual excellence award..
The
award to Banerjee for the year 2004-05 recognises his
contribution to public sector management and carries a
gold plaque and a cash purse of Rs 1,00,000, a SCOPE statement
said.
