DLF posts Rs411-crore net profit for quarter ended 31 March

DLF Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs411-crore for the quarter ended 31 March, 2010 as against Rs298-crore for the quarter ended 31 March, 2009. Total income for the quarter rose from Rs301-crore for the quarter ended 31 March, 2009 to Rs119-crore for the quarter ended 31March, 2010.

The company has reported a net profit of Rs769-crore for the year ended 31 March, 2010 as against Rs154-crore million for the year ended 31 March, 2009. Total Income fell from Rs383-crore for the year ended 31 March, 2009 to Rs320-crore for the year ended 31 March, 2010.

The group has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs426-crore for the quarter ended 31 March, 2010 as against Rs159-crore for the quarter ended 31 March, 2009. Total Income has risen from Rs135-crore for the quarter ended 31 March, 2009 to Rs214-crore for the quarter ended 31 March, 2010.

The group has posted Rs173-crore net profit for the year ended 31 March, 2010 as compared to Rs44696.00 million for the year ended 31 March, 2009.

Total Income has fallen from Rs104-crore for the year ended 31 March 2009 to Rs785-crore for the year ended March 31, 2010.
