Sudipta Sen appointed CEO & MD SAS India

Mumbai: Sudipta Sen has been appointed CEO & managing director, SAS India. Vivek Gokarn, the present CEO & Managing Director, SAS India has been promoted to regional Asia-Pacific responsibility of Professional Services Director, SAS South East Asia & India. He will continue to manage and serve on the board of SAS Global Services, India.
Prior to his appointment Sen was the managing director of Comsat Max Limited. He has also held senior executive positions in Tata-IBM and Fujitsu ICIM, in his close to three decades of experience with the IT Industry.
Currently SAS has a leadership position in the India BI market & has been exhibiting a strong 50 p0er cent year-to-date growth. I look forward to maintaining this leadership position & further increasing market-share in the country.
