Ion Exchange proposes subsidiary in Bangladesh

The board of directors of Ion Exchange India Ltd has approved the setting up a subsidiary in Bangladesh under the name Ion Exchange Environment Management (BD) Ltd, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Thursday.
The proposed subsidiary involving an investment of up to Rs25 lakh in initial equity for the company would be trading and dealing in water treatment, effluent treatment plants and pollution control equipment.
