HDFC Mutual Fund to declare dividend for HDFC Top 200

HDFC Mutual Fund is declaring a dividend under the Dividend
Plan of HDFC Top 200 Fund. The record date for the dividend
declaration is 31 October 2003.
All
investors who invest under the Dividend Plan of HDFC
Top 200 Fund on or before 31 October 2003 and hold the
units of the scheme (Dividend Plan) as on 31 October
2003 will be eligible for the dividend payment. The
dividend declared will be subject to the approval of
the trustee. After the payment of the dividend, the
net asset value will fall to the extent of the payout.
The
assets under management of HDFC Mutual Fund stood at
Rs 13,191 crore as on 30 September 2003. HDFC Asset
Management Company Limited is a joint venture between
HDFC Ltd and Standard Life Investments Limited, UK.
