HDFC Mutual Fund to declare dividend for Equity Fund

HDFC Mutual Fund has recently announced that it is declaring
a dividend under the Dividend Plan of HDFC Equity Fund.
The record date for the dividend declaration is 30 September
2003. This will be the second dividend to be declared
in the three months under the Dividend Plan of the scheme.
All
investors who invest under the Dividend Plan of HDFC
Equity Fund on or before 30 September 2003 and hold
the units of the scheme as on 30 September 2003 will
be eligible for the dividend payment. The dividend declared
will be subject to the approval of the trustee.
After
the payment of the dividend, the net asset value will
fall to the extent of the payout. The assets under management
of the Scheme stood at Rs 711.34 crore as on 31 August
2003.
