Now you can eat a chocolate having the shape of your face thanks to a machine that plugs into any computer and prints intricate, downloadable 3D chocolate patterns. The machine comes with a price tag of £2,885.

With Christmas out of the way, the hunt is now on for the perfect Easter gift and the chocolate printing machine might be just the thing for the occasion, thanks to ChocEdge's invention.

People who want to try out the stuff can sent the company a photo of their face along with £80 - and the company's high tech machine would return a three dimensional face made with rich chocolate.

According to Choc Edge owner and University of Exeter lecturer Dr Liang Hao, everyone loved chocolate so that was why the company tried to make it easy and accessible for mainstream consumers.
