Union Bank starts e-payment facility along with BillDesk

Mumbai: Union Bank of India (UBI) has launched Union BillPay, an online utility bill payment service for its customers in association with BillDesk.

Union BillPay will enable the customers to view and pay their telephone, electricity, mobile, insurance and credit card bills, electronically through the bank's branches or the Internet.

This service will be offered free of cost to the bank's customers, says UBI chairman and managing director, V Leeladhar.

The BillDesk service is provided by IndiaIdeas.com Ltd, a technology services company.
