TCS launches GenAI aggregator platform AI WisdomNext

Tata Consultancy Services has launched TCS AI WisdomNext, a platform for aggregating multiple GenAI services into a single interface, a development that would enable faster adoption of next-gen technologies by organisations. 

The first-of-its-kind platform is designed to enable customers develop and launch business solutions on real-time basis, covering vendor, internal, and open-source LLM models. It would also allow cost reduction through rapid adoption of next-gen technologies at scale while also complying with regulatory frameworks.

TCS AI WisdomNext is capable of comparing GenAI models and tools in a single unified interface across cloud services, helping users to scale up AI adoption.

It also offers blueprints of ready-to-deploy business solutions, allowing  large organisations to easily adopt GenAI solutions.

Developed on the basis of findings of a comprehensive survey on the impact of AI on businesses, TCS AI WisdomNext helps business executives choose the right models and design new business solutions using GenAI tools. It also enables businesses to redeploy existing components to fat-track design.

TCS AI WisdomNext brings together TCS’ capabilities in cloud computing and artificial intelligence to offer a comprehensive portfolio of GenAI services and solutions, including consulting and advisory, solution design and prototyping, large language model training and fine-tuning, guardrail agent design, project delivery, and ongoing maintenance as well as a responsible AI framework, according to a TCS release.

D during initial pilots, the platform is reported to have helped in fast-tracking sales for a US outdoor advertising company, enhancing productivity for an insurance provider, and improving customer experience for a leading UK bank.
