S R Ramanujam appointed CEO of CRISIL Risk and Infrastructure Solutions Ltd

CRISIL today announced the appointment of S R Ramanujam as CEO of CRISIL Risk & Infrastructure Solutions Ltd.(CRIS) from 13 March 2009 following the retirement of Hemant Joshi.
CRIS is a subsidiary of CRISIL Ltd. and is engaged in providing infrastructure advisory services and risk solutions.
Other members of the CRIS leadership team include Shrikant Kulkarni (director, operations and thought leadership), Manish Aggarwal (director, infrastructure advisory), Nitin Zamre (director, infrastructure advisory), Pratyush Prashant (director, infrastructure advisory) and Krishna Kumar Variar (director, Risk Solutions).
Ramanujam is a B E (hons) and M.Sc. from BITS (Pilani) and a PGDM from IIM Calcutta. He joined CRISIL as a management Trainee in June, 1996. He has been responsible for developing the Urban Practice of the Infrastructure Advisory business from its inception to its current level of prominence and leadership.
