AK Choudhary to take over as M&M farm equipment chief
Mumbai: Anjani Kumar Choudhari, Executive Vice-Chairman, Bristlecone Inc USA, will take over from K.J. Davasia as the President of the Farm Equipment Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra in January 2005.
Choudhari joined M&M in November 1999 after stints with Hindustan Lever and Unilever, in India and abroad. In M&M, he was Executive Vice President, human resources and corporate services and a member of the management board till early this year, before moving to Bristlecone, USA.
A company release here today said that Choudhari would continue to be a member of the management board of M&M and of the boards of Bristlecone Inc USA and Mahindra USA.

New R&D V-P for JB Chemicals
Mumbai: JB Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals has appointed Jay Mehta as Vice-President - Research and Development (R&D), from August 1.
The company said that the appointment is part of its plan to manufacture a wider range of core healthcare and pharma products.
Martial Rolland to take over reins of Nestle India
New Delhi: Nestlé S.A. has announced that Carlo Donati, currently Chairman and Managing Director of Nestlé India, will be the Worldwide Chairman and CEO of Nestlé Waters.
Consequently, Martial Rolland has been chosen to take his place as the Indian arm's Chairman and Managing Director, subject to necessary approvals, according to a Nestlé India statement.
Rolland is currently the Market Head of Nestlé Turkey and has earlier worked in Nestlé India, it said, adding that these changes are scheduled to be effective by December 2004.
Donati took over as the Managing Director of Nestlé India in July 1998 and was nominated as the Chairman and Managing Director in 2000.
