JLL India names Sanjay Chugh as residential head, Chennai & Bangalore

Jones Lang LaSalle India (JLL India) has appointed Sanjay Chugh, a real estate professional, as Head-residential services, Chennai & Bangalore. He will assume his duties from September 18, 2013.
Chugh was earlier associated with JLL India (from 2005–2009) and was instrumental in building and establishing its residential services vertical, the company said in a statement.
He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate business, and is a well-known residential property specialist and thought leader in South India's key markets.
He was also responsible for developing an exclusive residential sales model in Chennai, which eventually became the Firm's key differentiator in the marketplace.
Prior to this appointment, Chugh spearheaded a Chennai-based real estate venture, Skylines Property Consultants
In addition to this appointment, JLL India has also recruited a number of core staff from Chugh's previous venture.
