Rajiv Sodhi appointed managing director of GoDaddy

Internet domain names registrar Go Daddy has appointed Rajiv Sodhi as managing director, India.
Sodhi becomes the first-ever international executive appointed by Go Daddy.
Prior to Go Daddy, Sodhi had been at Microsoft India since 2001 and was till now director of SMB and cloud business.
He will be responsible for overseeing Go Daddy's expansion into the India market and is already beginning the process of hiring a team.
Sodhi, who has an MBA and a bachelor of engineering, specialising in computer science, has 14 years experience in the technology sector.
