Bharti Airtel appoints Rajiv Rajgopal and Shashi Arora as new CEOs for consumer business

Bharti Airtel has announced the appointment of Rajiv Rajgopal, CEOs, its broadband and data and Shashi Arora, CEO, DTH / media services, reporting to K Srinivas, president, consumer business, Bharti Airtel. 

Both these verticals are part of the consumer business group that will lead the overall strategy for the business- to-consumer segment (B2C), with a clear focus on customer experience, product and service innovation and building an ecosystem around the B2C services.

Rajiv Rajgopal is the CEO- Broadband/Data. Prior to this, he had led the integration of the circles of Tamil Nadu and Kerala (KTN), in addition to heading Bharti's mobile business in the circle.
 
Shashi Arora, who headed Bharti's mobile business for some of Airtel's largest circles - Delhi and Upper North - has been appointed the CEO-DTH / media services.
