Neeraj Balani appointed as director F&B, Manoj Kumar as HR head, Radisson Blu

Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar has appointed Neeraj Balani as director, F&B and Manoj Kumar as head human resources.
Balani has worked with 'The Oberoi Group', 'The Park New Delhi' & 'Crowne Plaza NFC' in various positions. and has industry experience of over 15 years. He has been associated with the launch of reputed hotels like The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur; The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur and Trident, Jaipur.
Balani has also written articles on food and beverage in the Hindustan Times, The Economic Times and First City, among others.
Kumar has worked with various companies across diverse industry segments like retail, hospitality and telecom. He has an expertise in developing a congenial and cohesive organizational climate by upholding and promoting the organisation.
A post graduate in HR with 15 years of experience in the feld, Kumar has held senior managerial positions in Bharti Airtel, The Taj Mahal Hotel, Barista Coffee Company Ltd, among others.
In his new role, Manoj Kumar will be responsible for strong HR planning and implementing them strategically to achieve the goals aligned with organisational vision.
