Venugopal Iyengar joins Sun Direct

Walt Disney's Venugopal Iyengar has been appointed marketing head at Sun Network's DTH arm Sun Direct.
He will report to D'Silva, chief executive officer, Sun Direct.
Prior to joining Sun Direct, Iyengar was the marketing head at Walt Disney Television International India. He handled the off-air marketing teams for Disney Channel, Disney XD and Hungama TV.
Iyengar has worked for Zee Cinema and MTV Networks India, Shopper's Stop, Buena Vista Television and AC Nielsen.
Sun Direct services the DTH needs of 5.8 million homes.
