Kaushal Dalal joins Aidem Ventures as executive VP

Kaushal Dalal has been appointed as the executive vice president of Aidem Ventures, the new media outfit floated by Raj Nayak, former head, advertising and marketing, NDTV Media.
Dalal will head the business development and strategy division and also oversee the financial and legal investments of the company.
Earlier, Dalal was with Star India as head of business development and ad sales strategy. He was also responsible for initiating their mobile business.
Before joining Star, he was with Arthur Anderson as an assistant helping clients set up, evaluate and structure their businesses in India and abroad for over 10 years.
