Ashish Limaye becomes Starcom MediaVest Group general manager - marketing

Starcom MediaVest Group has created a new position - general manager, marketing - and moved its out-of-home specialist brand, Navia's deputy general manager Ashish Limaye to this position.

Limaye will continue to be based in Mumbai and will report to Ravi Kiran, CEO-South Asia, Starcom MediaVest Group.

Starcom MediaVest created the new position to handle marketing as a key activity to its aggressive growth strategy in India, which it egards as one of its key emerging markets.

Limaye has over 13 years of experience spanning organisations like the Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd (BCCL) and Dun & Bradstreet Information Services India Ltd (D&B).

He specialises in communication, OOH and POS medium, client interactions and new business initiatives.
