"While consumers in the value-for-money segment are shifting towards the superior technology of DVD players, they need to understand that to fully enjoy the DVD audio, one needs a 5.1 HTS with real surround sound. By offering a free 5.1 HTS with our advanced DVD player, we are giving our consumers a movie hall experience in the comfort of their home, at an unbeatable price," he added.

On offer is Oscar's top of the line DVD 9200 with a free 5.1 home theatre system, which has a multi-format playback and plays DVD, VCD, ACD, MP3, CD-R and SVCD. Some of its features include 5.1channel Dolby digital sound output, MP3 decoder and progressive scan for better picture.
