Parthenon offers Rs32 lakh, sign-up bonus at campus recruitment

Mumbai: Global strategic advisory consulting firm Parthenon Group says it has made the highest consultancy placement offer at the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad, this year with an offer of Rs32 lakh pa along with a signing bonus of Rs3 lakh.
This ISB Hyderabad offer follows the two IIT- Delhi placements made by Parthenon, earlier this month, which the consulting firm says were also the highest consulting offers that IIT Delhi saw this year.
Additionally, the firm has also recruited one student from the University of Chicago MBA (Booth School of Business). This offer is part of the trend that Parthenon is seeing of Indians with US MBA degrees coming back to India.
