Capital Auto to join Nasdaq Index

New York: Capital Automotive REIT of McLean, Virginia, will become a component of the Nasdaq Financial-100 Index effective at the beginning of trading on 15 February 2002. Capital Automotive REIT will replace Old National Bancorp, which is delisting from the Nasdaq Stock Market (www.nasdaq.com).

With a common stock equity market capitalisation of $557 million, Capital Automotive REIT is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust that acquires real property and improvements used by operators of multi-site, multi-franchised automotive dealerships and related businesses.
