HDFC MF''s AUM crosses the Rs 15,000 crore mark

Mumbai: HDFC Mutual Fund (HDFC MF), one of the largest private sector mutual funds in the country, has crossed the Rs 15,000 crore milestone for Assets Under Management (AUM). As at January 4, 2004 its AUM stood at Rs. 15,258 crore.

Moreover, the corpus of two of its schemes crossed the Rs. 1,000 crore mark. The corpus of HDFC Equity Fund stood at Rs. 1007 crore as at January 4, 2004 and the AUM of HDFC MF Monthly Income Plan (HDFC MF MIP) stood at Rs. 1,102 crore as at January 4, 2004. HDFC MF MIP had collected close to Rs. 925 crore in its IPO, which closed on December 8, 2003.

HDFC Asset Management Company Limited (AMC) is a joint venture between HDFC Limited and Standard Life Investments Limited (UK).
