Chennai: The City of Sunderland College, UK's fifth largest college and the Supersight group, part of the USD 350 million Foresight group, UK have joined hands to set up the Sunderland Supersight Academy (SSA). The academy, located in Chennai,will offer training programmes to call centre officials and students wanting to make a career in the emerging business process outsourcing (BPO) industry.

The City of Sunderland College will be actively involved in
the training programme and will issue certificates out under its seal.

The city-based academy will target individuals and corporates with a suite of call centre training solutions. SSA will offer on-site and off-site training to call centres as well as soft skills training to other corporates.
