Upping the ante in the mobile data space, Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd (SSTL) has launched a new plan targeting high-usage customers in the country.

The operator, which offers the MTS brand telecom services, has launched 'Super Unlimited' data plans that offer 300 per cent more value than existing schemes, the company said in a statement.

The plans are available across all the 9 circles – Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, UP West, West Bengal & Kolkata – where the company has operations in.

For its post-paid customers, the company is offering 40 GB of data with a monthly rental of Rs999 and 30-day validity. The incremental benefit the plan offers is at least 300 per cent compared with plans offered by competitors.

For the pre-paid users, SSTL is offering 20 GB of unlimited data for recharges of Rs999, 25 GB for Rs1,298 and 30 GB for Rs1,498. All the schemes have a validity of 30 days.

''I am delighted to present the most aggressive data plans in the country. MTS' Super Unlimited data plans have been specially designed to provide at least 300 per cent more value than plans offered by competition,'' Leonid Musatov, chief marketing and sales officer of MTS India, said.

''The data plans are a follow-up to the launch of our 3GPLUS telecom network and the recent success of MTS' 'Born For The Internet' campaign,'' Leonid added.
