Lava Mobiles launches touchscreen model A10

Lava Mobiles has launched a new touchscreen phone A10 in the Indian market, priced at Rs5,499.

A10, with a gunmetal finish body, is targeted towards men, who prefer metal and metallic look over plastic and colorful look, said SN Rai, co- founder and director, Lava International.

The handset features IPS technology, which provides clearer, sharper images with a viewing angle of 178-degree, the company said in a statement.

A10 comes with a 3.0 inch multi-touch screen, 3.2MP digital camera with flash, Yamaha PA system, expandable memory support up to 16 GB, applications like Maps by MapmyIndia and social networking support.

Lava international, which started operation 18 months back, has a network of 1,000 distributors and presence in 50,000 retail counters.
