Globus appoints Kareena Kapoor its new brand ambassador

Mumbai: Fashion and accessories retail chain Globus has appointed actress-model Kareena Kapoor its new brand ambassador.
The company plans to leverage the actress''s wide appeal with its target market to establish Globus in the smaller retail private label business, as is characterised by its recent change in strategy.
Kapoor
plans to launch her own line of clothing in September. Globus, which has 19 stores
across India, plans to expand to 150 stores in 70 cities over the next five years,
by launching smaller stores under its private label.
