Mudra Communications will be doing the creatives for Worldwide Media's Lonely Planet magazine.

Mudra already handles titles from the Worldwide Media stable, including Filmfare, Femina and What to Wear.

Worldwide Media plans to launch the Lonely Planet magazine in India in Q1 2010.

About choosing Mudra, Debolin Sen, brand publisher, Lonely Planet magazine India said that the agency created work, which set it apart
from the rest.

The agency demonstrated a good understanding of the brand essence and the creative interpretation was equally engaging.

Bobby Pawar, chairman and chief creative officer, Mudra Group is looking forward to the challenge. He believes that the trick will be to make the Lonely Planet magazine come alive for consumers across a number of touch points.
