 Chennai:
As it enters its 10th year of operations, IndusInd Bank
has become the first Indian commercial bank to achieve
ISO 9001:2000 certification for its entire branch network.
The
certification was awarded by International Certifications
Services (Asia).
This
certification comes to IndusInd Bank at a time when the
bank is gearing up to make a strong foray into retail
banking.
 The
bank has aggressively expanded its network and increased
its outlets from 77 to 126.
