Citibank launches new card

Mumbai: Citibank has launched a new card: Citibank Visa Platinum Card. This card is targeted at the banks well-heeled customer, who demands the very best in payment convenience and spending power.

The card permits a credit limit of Rs 6 lakh per customer. It also comes with a personalised accident insurance cover of Rs 1 lakh. Cardholders can make purchases at over 22 million Visa merchant locations and withdraw cash at over 6,60,000 Visa ATM installations all over the world. Cardholders can also avail of the Visa Platinum Gulf Holiday facility, provided by Visa International.

Citibank India marketing director (cards) Atul Malik said: The launch of the card reiterates the banks efforts to provide exclusive services to its most-valued customers.
