Mumbai: Central
Bank of India has launched new products like Cent Mortgage, Cent
Rentals and Cent Trade. According to a press release, its existing
scheme, Cent Buy, has been modified.
Loans for four-wheelers
have been raised from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 10 lakh. The bank’s
customers can avail of loans up  to
Rs 5 lakh against future rentals and traders can avail of loans up
to Rs 20 lakh against mortgage of immovable properties.
The processing of loan
application has been simplified and the paperwork has been
minimised.
