Innomedia announces MTA 3368 IP Videophone

Mumbai: InnoMedia has added the MTA 3368 IP VideoPhone to its MTA 3000 Series of IP-based multimedia customer premises appliances. The company announced recently that the MTA 3368 IP VideoPhone enables broadband service providers to provide new video telephony services.

is a supplier of Internet and broadband IP telephony solutions
that deliver high-quality voice and video over any IP
network, targeted to broadband service providers, enterprises,
consumers, and OEM customers.
The MTA3368 has a 4" TFT Color LCD for displaying
real-time video images. The MTA can deliver real-time
supporting high bandwidth. Broadband service providers
and MSOs can deploy not only video telephony services
but other applications such as video streaming, gaming
and even instant messaging on the same platform.
The
MTA 3368 supports all IP-based communications protocols
including SIP, MGCP and H.323 to ensure interoperability
with service providers'' NGN infrastructure and equipment.
The MTA 3368 is a ready-to-deploy IP video telephony solution
for service providers in broadband access markets. The
MTA 3368 is designed for mass deployment, supporting standards
based provisioning processes (HTTP, SNMP, TFTP, FTP and
Telnet) to allow service providers to maintain pools of
CPE.
