Chennai: The Nasdaq-listed programmable logic supplier Xilinx has named the Bangalore-based CG-CoreEl Programmable Solutions (CG-CoreEl) as an independent sales representative in India.

As per the deal, Xilinx will partner with the Indian company to provide local sales and technical support to its customers. CG-CoreEl offers design services on field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) and application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) in the areas of telecom, datacom, networking and digital signal processing.

CG-CoreEl has been providing design services to many of Xilinx’s customers, both in India and overseas. In addition, the company has trained more than 2,500 engineers from the electronic design industry in India on Xilinx programmable logic through various training programmes.
