Titan to open 100 eyewear stores and 103 watch outlets

Titan Industries Ltd, a part of the Tata Group, is planning to open 100 more retail outlets under the brand Titan Eye + in the next five years in an effort to make its presence felt in the eyewear business.

The company is already an established name in the watches and jewellery industry.

The company also announced the launch of another 103 Titan Watches outlets in the country by the end of June, taking the total to 333 stores.

Titan Eye +, which had opened four retail centres in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Nagpur, received an excellent response from customers and the company says it is planning to open more such outlets in the country, with stores coming up in Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur and Lucknow.

Meanwhile, Titan has also launched its new watch collection, Octane, which will be available in 35 different styles. The watches have been priced in the range of Rs5,000 to Rs7,500 .
