Systime launches JD Edwards users'' club

Systime Computers Limited has announced the formation of Systime- JD Edwards users'' club. Systime, which belongs to the CMS group of companies, is one of India''s leading systems implementation organisations and is a leading implementation partner of JD Edwards in India.
"The users'' club will be an important platform for JDE users in India and will play a leading role in promoting interaction among JDE users" says Dr Ramesh Subramaniam, senior vice-president of Systime. Each user will be entitled to a Systime JDE users'' card which will carry benefits like 24 hour response line, interactive website access, which is under construction.
The users club will meet at least twice a year and have discussion on new offerings, service quality levels, new products and updates and analyse the experience of members besides sharing implementation and migration strategy from Worldsoft to OneWorld.
Other value added services include implementation services, consulting services, Y2K services, ongoing JD Edwards training programs to enable customers to train new users and ERP audits to assess whether the objectives of system implementation are being met in the face of changes in the market and business conditions.
