Deepak Mangla appointed COO, Nipuna

Mumbai: Deepak Mangla, global delivery head, Nipuna Services Ltd, Satyam's BPO Subsidiary has been elevated to chief operating officer.
In his new role, Deepak would be the thought leader and the facilitator of Strategy and Delivery at Nipuna. Deepak's role encompasses Service Delivery, Business Strategy, Operations Planning, Market Intelligence, BCP and Risk Management. Deepak will also facilitate identifying and growing new and niche competencies.
Mangla has over 16 years of cross functional leadership experience across industries and prior to joining Nipuna in October 2005, he was with Accenture Services where he was instrumental in setting up business, operations, functional construct and service delivery model, business and financial planning and managing over 24,000 people across two locations. He has earlier worked with EXL Services, Wipro Spectramind and International Travel House
