Satyam Computers and Triple Point Technology in alliance

Satyam Computer Services Ltd and the US-based Triple Point Technology have announced a strategic alliance under which Satyam will provide integrated consulting, implementation and support services to the energy and utility (E&U) industry sector, for commodity trading, risk management and logistics system for Triple Point Technology .

Triple Point Technology is an infotech solutions and services provider to the commodity markets with multiple global locations, including a presence in India, in Pune.

The alliance between the two companies will provide a best-of-breed solution for clients seeking to integrate commodity trading and risk management systems with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other enterprise systems.

"The energy and utilities vertical markets is a rapidly growing practice for Satyam, particularly in our offerings in trading and risk management," said Dr Keshab Panda, head, European operations, Satyam Computer Services.
