Mumbai: PCS Technology, a part of the Patni Group announced that it is launching its ''Oriion'' range of desktops aimed at the B and C class cities. Priced at Rs19,900, the new ''Oriion '' range of PCs has Intel''s new generation P4 processor with 1 MB cache memory. These desktops come in trendy with branded Altec Lansing speakers.

PCS Technology''s after-sales service focuses on one service centre at every 100km across 200 target cities to enable its customers easy service facilities.

Speaking on this occasion Yash Bharadwaj, corporate vice president, marketing, PCS Technology said, "Earlier sub Rs20k and sub Rs15k PC''s in the Celeron range found limited acceptability in the market as consumers were looking for P4-based solution. We at PCS have kept this market feedback in mind while launching the new ''Oriion'' range. This quarter we are targeting to sell about 20,000 units in this segment.''''
