Mumbai: Patni Computer Systems Ltd., has announced the grant of its employee stock option plan.

According to the ''compensation committee of directors'' of Patni Computer Systems Limited has allotted 18,000 equity shares of par value of Rs2 each to certain employees of the company pursuant to exercise of the options granted to them under the company'' s stock option plan 2003 (Patni ESOP 2003).
