Percept H has won the mandate for the creative duties for Integrated Group, a Mumbai-based real estate player, with infrastructure projects in Gujarat.
Percept H will now work with the Integrated Group to create an effective 360 brand campaign in the coming months. The pitch was led by Percept H's Mumbai AVP Samarth Shrivastava and account director Mohit Totlani.
Other agencies who had pitched for the account, the size of which is estimated in the range of Rs6-10 crore, were JWT, FCB Ulka, O&M, and McCann. Percept H will look after brand development, communication and a new innovative property-broking business for the needs of property seekers in Mumbai.
Nishit Savla, director Integrated Coreinfra, told the media that the reason for Percept H to have bagged their account was the enthusiasm and commitment in working for a new brand, and a pioneering business concept.
