PepsiCo India is changing the overall packaging design of its lemon drink 7Up as part of new year operations, at an estimated investment of Rs25 lakh.

7Up last had a change of design and look near the end of 2006.

The new overhaul of the label design and packaging for the beverage was handled by Spanish production house, Garrigosa Studio.

The new design is to be launched using television commercials and OOH.

The cities in focus are Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Kanpur, Ghaziabad, Meerut, NOIDA, Mumbai, Delhi, Jamshedpur and Ranchi. PepsiCo plans photographic technology, on-ground activation and trial-drive refreshment to launch this new design.
