Mudra launches new event solutions unit Celsius

The Mudra Group has launched a new event solutions unit, Celsius, which will focus on providing brand-related event management services.
Celsius will be headed by Vandana Verma who comes with varied experience. Verma has designed and produced festivals of performing arts and various live events in the U.K., Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and India along with their broadcasting on television.
Before this, she was heading Ogilvy Live North where she has worked with clients like Motorola, American Express, Nestle, Unitech and Coke.
The new event solutions unit, Celsius will work closely with the central planning and analytics team to develop experience measurement tools.
It will begin its operations in top metros and will extend its footprint to 20 cities through its sister agency Kidstuff.
Recently, Mudra set up two other specialist offerings - brand and strategy and design consultancy Water, and integrated rural solutions division Terra.
Celsius will focus purely on brand-related events, and will not compete directly with event management companies like Showtime and Wizcraft.
With Celsius, Mudra's list of marketing services units now stands at 10.
