Chennai: Banking professional Umesh Nath Kapur has jpoined the board of directors of the Chennai-based core banking software company Laser Soft Infosystems Limited. Kapur is also on the boards of the public sector Canara Bank and is also a member of several committees in the Canara Bank. During 1995-2000 he was on the board of Dena Bank.
