L&T bags orders worth Rs.1,198 crore in Oman

Larsen & Toubro (Oman) LLC has secured orders amounting to Rs1,198 crore including an order construction of a hotel and apartments for the Asian Beach Games, a mosque and underground cabling work.
The Secod Asian Beach Games complex is being developed by the Oman Toursim Development Company, the government of Oman's tourism development authority.
The projects are scheduled to be completed in two years involves construction of a hotel, administrative buildings for the games and an atheletes' village.
Larsen & Toubro (Oman) LLC, is a joint venture between L&T and Zubair Corp. It has a strong presence in gulf state.
