Hikal net profit rises by 22%

Mumbai: Hikal Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 6.04 crore for the quarter as against Rs 4.95 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year — an increase of 22 per cent.
The company's total turnover for the second quarter has gone up to Rs 38 crore as against Rs 32.07 crore for the corresponding quarter in the previous year — an increase of 18 per cent.
The company's total turnover for the half year has gone up to Rs 70.36 crore as against Rs 57.57 crore for the corresponding quarter in the previous year — an increase of 22 per cent.
The company has posted a net profit of Rs 11.48 crore for the half year as against Rs 9.48 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year — an increase of 21 per cent.
