Hyderabad: The Asian sales and marketing arm of the Netherlands based Cordys Systems BV, Cordys Asia, formerly known as Vanenburg Asia, has launched Quality Manager, a packaged software solution.
Quality Manager will address the diverse aspects of product quality management in manufacturing - research and development to production and raw materials inspection to finished goods including post sales customer complaints.

Customers deploying Cordys Quality Manager will have access to comprehensive functionality pertaining to quality assurance and control, inspection management, supplier management, non-conformance management including both corrective and preventive action (CAPA) and laboratory information management system (LIMS). Cordys Quality Manager can be integrated with ERP applications for management of suppliers or with MRP (manufacturing resource planning) applications for coordination of manufacturing processes. Additionally, customers can also keep track of their processes through key performance indicators such as, cost of poor quality, defective material events, and number of corrective action. Reports unique to particular requirements can be created; these include the number of problem reports, problem report response time, and overdue problem fix responsiveness. Alarms and notifications can also be set for any condition, using Quality Manager.
