Caritor India attains PCMM Level 5

New Delhi: Caritor India Private Limited, a total-technology solutions provider has announced that it has been assessed at Level 5 on the PCMM model by KPMG. The assessment covered all its offshore software development facilities at Bangalore and Chennai. These centres employ more than 1700 people in all.

The PCMM model, developed by SEI, has five levels of maturity and twenty-two Key Performance Areas (KPAs) across these five levels. The model helps software organisations increase their ability to attract, develop, motivate, organise and retain the talent needed to continuously improve their software development capabilities. It also helps to develop and promote a culture of excellence amongst its people.
