Sun-n-Sand Pune opens Kabab Hut for lovers of Nawabi cuisine

Says Sun-n-Sand general manager C Bhel: "Since the time Sun-n-Sand started its operations in Pune from November 2002, we wanted Pune to get a first-hand experience of one of our premium brands, Kabab Hut. Chef Istiyaque Qureshi will provide his vast experience and supervise the preparation with his rare touch and traditional Lucknowi expertise, and serve up a royal spread of delicious authentic dishes, which are sure to leave you lip-smacking, served in true Nawabi style."
The patrons of Kabab Hut can now see the kababs being skewered and barbecued in their very presence through the display kitchen.
Some of the delicacies worth mentioning are: Aloo Makai Tikii, Aatish-E-Jhinga, Mahi Tikka Lassoni, Murgh Achari Tikka, Raan-E-Sikandari, Peshawari Ghost Tikka, Tikka Bahar-e-Chaman, Fauladi Kabab, Lahori Murgh, Ghost Khass Kabab Hut, Nalli Nihari, Dum Subz Handi, Fauladi Makhani Kofta, Dal-e- Khaas, Dum Ghost Biriyani. For desserts there is Kesar Phirni and Shai Tukda.
The brainchild of Sun-n-Sand director Gul Advani, Kabab Hut has developed a huge fan following over the past one-and-a-half years ever since it opened at Sun-n-Sand Mumbai.
