California Pizza Kitchen opens first Indian outlet in Mumbai

Global resteraunt chain California Pizza Kitchen Inc has announced the opening of its first restaurant in India at the Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai.
In the US, California Pizza Kitchen outlets are patronised by many celebrities including Hollywood actress Cameron Diaz, teen sensation Miley Cyrus, former president Bill Clinton and now president Obama.
California Pizza Kitchen will offer a variety of menu items including CPK specials like original BBQ chicken pizza, Thai crunch salad, kung pao spaghetti, the CPK ultimate margarita, and other signature favorites at the outlet.
The restaurant was opened by franchise partnership company, JSM GGC Restaurants Pvt. Ltd, a joint-venture between Mumbai-based JSM Corporation and Dubai-based Gourmet Gulf Company.
The company plans to open 15 California Pizza Kitchen restaurants across India over the next 5 years.
