Online travel company Expedia ropes in Lowe Lintas as creative partner

Following a multi-agency pitch, Lowe Lintas has won the creative duties for online travel portal, Expedia.

Grey Worldwide, Publicis Communications and DDB Mudra were the other agencies in fray for the account.

Delhi wing of Lowe will employ a 360 degree campaign for the account.

US-based Expedia offers airline bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, cruises and vacation packages through localised websites in 18 countries, and had forayed into India in 2008.

The online travel segment in the country includes portals like Yatra.com, Makemytrip.com and Cleartrip.com.
