Publicis Groupe acquires China's G4 Advertising

Publicis Groupe recently announced it had acquired G4, a Bejing-based full-service advertising agency.

The agency will be rebranded as Publicis G4, and will service Nestle throughout Greater China alongwith the Publicis Beijing Nestle team.

Laurent Beloeuvre, managing director, G4 will head the new entity and act as director, Greater China for the Nestle account.

The Chinese ad market is expected to grow by 11.5 per cent in 2010, as per Publicis Groupe's media consultancy and buying arm ZenithOptimedia.

Publicis Groupe is present in China through all of its global networks. The global advertising holding company provides advertising services through three global advertising networks, Leo Burnett, Publicis and Saatchi & Saatchi.
